When a One-Way Drop Is the Right Choice

• Changing hotels — for example, moving from a North Goa beach stay to a South Goa resort halfway through your holiday.
• Airport drops — hotel to Mopa (GOX) or Dabolim (GOI).
• Station drops — hotel to Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon or Vasco da Gama station. See railway station taxi.
• Town-to-town trips — Candolim to Panjim, Mapusa to Margao, Calangute to Colva.
• Event drops — to a wedding venue, conference hotel or concert, when you will make your own way back.

How One-Way Fares Work

Your quotation is for the one-way journey you request. It is based on the route, the vehicle and the time of travel. Before you confirm, check whether tolls, parking and any waiting time at pickup are included, so the price you agree is the price you pay.

If you need the driver to wait and bring you back the same day, a round-trip booking is usually better value than two separate one-way trips.

North Goa to South Goa Transfers

One of our most common one-way trips is a hotel change between regions — for example Candolim or Calangute to Colva, Benaulim, Cavelossim or Palolem. The drive runs through Panjim and across the Zuari bridge. If you would like a stop on the way — Old Goa's churches, a spice farm or lunch — ask when you book; it can be added for an adjusted fare.

Vehicles for One-Way Drops

Choose a sedan for up to 4 passengers with 2–3 bags, an Ertiga/XL6 for up to 6, an Innova Crysta for up to 7 with more luggage, or a Tempo Traveller for groups. Hotel changes usually involve all of your luggage, so tell us the number of suitcases.

One-Way Drops for Groups

Moving a family or group between hotels? A one-way drop works for every vehicle size. Couples take a sedan, larger families an Innova Crysta, and groups of 8 to 20 can book a single Tempo Traveller so everyone arrives at the new hotel together. Share the headcount and number of suitcases when you ask for your quote.

Tips for a Smooth Hotel-to-Hotel Transfer

• Time it around check-out and check-in. Most hotels have a late-morning check-out and an afternoon check-in; a mid-day transfer avoids waiting with your bags.
• Send both addresses as map pins. Resort names can be similar across Goa, so a pin removes any doubt.
• Mention children's car seats or extra bags when booking so the right vehicle is sent.
• Plan a lunch stop if you are crossing from far North to far South Goa — it is a long drive.

1. Share pickup and drop — hotel name, address, airport or station.
2. Add date, time, passengers and luggage — plus flight or train number for transfers.
3. Receive a vehicle recommendation and written quotation on call or WhatsApp. Check what is included (tolls, parking, waiting time) before confirming.
