Choosing a Vehicle

Practical Tips for Getting Around Goa

• Allow extra time in the evenings. The Calangute–Baga road and the approaches to Panjim get congested from late afternoon, especially on weekends and in December.
• Share an exact pickup point. Many hotels and villas sit down unnamed lanes; a map pin on WhatsApp saves time for you and the driver.
• Book your return in advance for late nights. Arrange your pickup time before you go out so a car is ready when you are.
• Group your stops. If you plan several trips in one day, ask about a round-trip package rather than separate local rides.
• Carry the driver's number. We share it on WhatsApp so you can call directly when you are ready to leave.

Travelling with Children or Elderly Guests

A private local taxi is especially useful when you are travelling with young children, grandparents or anyone with limited mobility. You can be picked up at the hotel entrance, take breaks whenever you need, and avoid long walks between parking and your destination. Let us know in advance if you need extra boot space for a pram or wheelchair so we can send a suitable vehicle.
